The Healthcare Hub concept is centred around improving public access to medically approved product and clinical healthcare services. In addition to retailing an exclusive selection of comfort footwear and class 1 medical devices the Hub also sets out to provide market leading healthcare services. To achieve this ambition, it was a pre-requisite that any primary service provider operating out of the Hub would be well-established and highly regarded in their field of healthcare.
After much discussion, we are now delighted to announce that our primary service provider at The Healthcare Hub will be leading Welsh podiatry firm, ACE Feet in Motion.
ACE Feet in Motion were established in 2001 and work with various sports organisations, athletes and global brands. They are the incumbent official supplier of podiatry to the Welsh Rugby Union, Welsh Athletics, Cardiff City FC and Wales Netball.
In recent times, ACE Feet in Motion have been looking to grow their general podiatry/chiropody service but felt that their headquarters in Canton, Cardiff were not the ideal premises to accommodate this expansion. By partnering with The Healthcare Hub to offer podiatry services at the new facility in Whitchurch, it is believed that the modern clinical environment, comfortable patient surroundings and improved public transport access will collectively offer an unrivalled customer experience.
Located in the heart of Whitchurch Village the Hub is now offering appointments with a HCPC registered Podiatrist for all your foot care needs including nail cutting, removal of callus or corns, verruca treatments and nail surgery. Biomechanical gait analysis appointments and prescription orthotic insoles for lower limb injuries you might be experiencing are also available at the Hub on Saturday mornings.
To compliment these services the Hub retails foot and ankle orthoses, a range of urea-based creams for dry skin or cracked heels and a host of other Podiatrist approved footcare related products.
